No. They tap your link and everything opens in their phone's browser — pay, sign, upload, done. No account to create, nothing to install.
Where does the deposit money go?+
Straight into your own Stripe account. Prelavish never holds your funds — we just connect the pieces so the deposit lands with you.
Are the signed consent forms a real record?+
Each signature is captured with a timestamp and saved permanently to the client's profile, so you have evidence if a dispute ever comes up. (Prelavish provides the tooling, not legal advice — have your forms reviewed for your state.)
What happens when a client no-shows?+
